Cancellation charge is 100%, if you didn't cancel 2 days before the tour date. Cancellation charge is 50%, if you didn't cancel 3 days before the tour date. In case of adverse weather conditions, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option at no extra cost.

Heaven Samui operates a custom-built two-deck floating platform vessel, the only one of its kind in the Gulf of Thailand. With its stable design, you'll experience zero seasickness while enjoying maximum comfort. The vessel features a water slide, sun deck, shaded lounge areas, and modern amenities including restrooms and a fully equipped bar.

Our floating platform can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests for day trips and private charters. The spacious two-deck design ensures everyone has plenty of room to relax, socialize, and enjoy the activities.

Our all-inclusive Pig Island day trip includes: round-trip hotel transfers, welcome drinks, buffet lunch, unlimited soft drinks, snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, use of water slide and floating mats, professional crew service, and insurance. You'll visit Pig Island to swim with the famous swimming pigs and enjoy crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling.

Hotel pickups begin at 8:00 AM, with departure from the pier at 9:30 AM. The trip returns to the pier at approximately 4:30 PM, with hotel drop-offs completed by 5:30 PM. The exact pickup time depends on your hotel location and will be confirmed upon booking.

Absolutely! Our vessel is extremely family-friendly and safe for children of all ages. We provide life jackets in all sizes, including children's sizes. The stable platform design means no seasickness, and our professional crew maintains constant supervision. The shallow water areas around Pig Island are perfect for children to enjoy safely.

Safety is our top priority. We monitor weather conditions closely and may postpone or cancel trips if conditions are unsafe. In case of weather-related cancellations, we offer full refunds or free rescheduling. Our vessel is designed to handle normal sea conditions comfortably, but we never compromise on safety.

Our all-inclusive Pig Island day trip is priced at 3,000 THB per adult and 2,000 THB per child (ages 4-12). This includes hotel transfers, buffet lunch, unlimited soft drinks, snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, water slide access, and insurance. Children under 4 years old are free.

Private charter rates start from 80,000 THB for a half-day (4 hours), 100,000 THB for sunset cruise (4 hours), and 150,000 THB for full-day (8 hours). These rates cover up to 40 guests. Additional guests (up to 50 maximum) are charged 1,000-1,500 THB per person depending on the package. Catering can be added at 600 THB (Thai buffet) or 1,000 THB (seafood buffet) per person.

Pig Island (Koh Madsum) is located just off the southern coast of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand. It's approximately 20-30 minutes by boat from our departure pier. The island is known for its pristine white sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and of course, the friendly swimming pigs that have made it famous.

While swimming ability is beneficial for enjoying water activities, it's not required. We provide life jackets in all sizes for all guests, and our professional crew is always on hand to assist. The waters around Pig Island are shallow and calm, making them safe for non-swimmers. If you're not comfortable in water, you can still enjoy the vessel's many amenities.

While we provide a comprehensive buffet lunch and unlimited soft drinks, you're welcome to bring your own snacks or special dietary items if needed. However, outside alcohol is not permitted as we operate a licensed onboard bar with a wide selection of beverages available for purchase at reasonable prices.

We encourage guests to disconnect and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, so we don't provide WiFi on board. However, most Thai mobile networks have coverage in the area if you need to stay connected. We accept various payment methods including cash (THB), bank transfers, and online payments. For day trip bookings, we typically require a deposit to secure your reservation with the balance payable before or on the day of the trip.
